As a child, I took piano lessons, oil painting classes, cooking demonstrations, and sewing classes. These experiences pointed me toward all things creative. I learned that I find so much joy when I am creating something. These days you will even find me using my Cricut to decorate t-shirts and wood signs.

Today, I want to share something I created. Hopefully, you will want to create one too!

Weekly DIY

This is a pinwheel quilt. I discovered a fast way to make the 1/2 square triangles that make up the pinwheels.

I got this fabric online and my Grandson loves it!!! 🚘🚕

Hi there Reader! Still playing with surface pattern design to make repeating patterns for fabric and wallpaper. I get my inspiration from taking photographs of my flowers, upload to Adobe Illustrator, and use the pencil tool and the pen tool to outline them, then color them up. It is intense but so rewarding. Hi there Reader, My only excitement this week is a drawing today for a quilt I made. It's a raffle for my quilt - to help pay for a trip to Washington D.C. next summer for my grandson.
